Let it rain, let it pour....

Ahhh spring- the flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping, the sun is shining, the lambs are... well maybe somewhere all that's are happening, but if you're in Newfoundland spring may conjure up more rainy, foggy, drizzly images of the rebirth of nature. In this sometimes dreary season it's easy to get stuck in the ol' jeans and a windbreaker rut, but we say grab your umbrella, pull on the rain boots and let's show spring just how chic rain can be.
